Over the years properties have been bought, rented, managed and sold thru our RCA Coast Rica corporation.

Currently we are completing the build of our premier home in Playa del Coco, Pacifico Development.  Villa Nala, a  3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home, will be move in ready May 2025 and constructed with a Bali theme. Located in the the protected Green Corridor zone of the complex this home features tropical vegetation and is the protected path of many local wildlife in the area.

Additionally we have purchased Condos in the currently being constructed Seascape project which will open in 2026. These units are located 4 blocks from the beach and will have phenomenal Ocean Views. Our major upcoming project is the Coco Vista development which is 10 acres of Ocean View property where we will construct +120 Premium Condominiums and additional home sites.  Condos will be constructed by the same contractor for Seascape development.  Pre-Sales will begin November 2025 so watch for future updates.
